We know that cost matters. So, we strive to provide the most cost-efficient legal services possible while still representing our clients zealously within the bounds of the law. Most of our services are billed at an hourly rate, because we believe that hourly billing is the most fair system -- you only pay for services actually rendered. Nonetheless, some services are billed on a flat fee basis . It is our usual practice to enter into a legal services agreement with a new client setting forth the scope of the services for which we have been engaged and the particulars of the billing procedure for those services.
